Q1: Do your clothes follow US standard sizes? How to choose the right size?
All LANECHIC apparel adopts standard US size specifications. Each product page is equipped with a detailed size chart including bust, waist, length and shoulder width data. Streetwear styles are usually loose-fitting. We recommend you refer to the size chart and product description to select the most suitable size. A 1–2cm manual measurement error is normal.
Q2: Why is there a slight color difference between the picture and physical product?
All product pictures are 100% real-shot. Slight color differences may occur due to different screen display resolutions, shooting light and indoor and outdoor ambient light. This subtle difference does not affect wearing and use, and does not belong to product quality problems.
Q3: How long will I receive my order after payment?
We need 1–3 business days for order processing, quality inspection and packaging. Standard US domestic shipping takes 5–10 business days, with a total delivery cycle of 6–13 business days. Delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays and shopping peak seasons.
Q4: What should I do if I receive defective, wrong or missing products?
Please take clear photos of the outer package and problematic products within 48 hours after receipt, and contact our official email customer service. We will verify the issue within 24 hours and arrange free re-delivery, exchange or full refund for you.
Q5: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Unshipped orders support free information modification (size, color, shipping address) and cancellation. Once the order is shipped, modification and cancellation are not supported. Please contact customer service in time if you need order adjustments.
Q6: How long does the refund take to arrive?
After the returned goods pass inspection, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your payment platform or bank, generally no more than 15 business days.
Q7: Do you support international shipping?
Yes, we support global international shipping. International customers need to bear local tariffs, customs clearance fees and other additional logistics costs independently, and the international delivery time is 10–20 business days.
Q8: Are fashion accessories returnable?
All fashion accessories (necklaces, earrings, belts, hair accessories and more) are returnable within 30 days if they are brand-new, unused, undamaged and kept with original packaging and complete accessories. Damaged or used accessories are not eligible for return.
