LANECHIC provides standardized and customer-friendly return and refund services for all customers. The following policy applies to all women’s streetwear apparel and fashion accessory products in our store, complying with U.S. local consumer protection regulations.
1. Return & Exchange Time Limit
We support eligible returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All return applications must be submitted within the valid period; overdue requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
All returned clothing and accessory products must be kept in brand-new, unused, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags, labels and complete packaging. Products with stains, wear marks, damage, alteration or missing accessories will not be approved for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, customized personalized products, final clearance discounted items, and intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Return Application Process
1. Submit a return request via our official email within the valid return period, providing your order number and specific return reason;
2. Wait for our customer service review within 24 hours and obtain the official designated return address and operation guidelines;
3. Pack the products completely and safely, ship them back according to the specified address, and provide the return logistics tracking number;
4. We will inspect the returned goods after receipt and confirm the refund or exchange process for qualified returns.
5. Refund Rules
After the returned products pass our inspection, we will initiate a refund within 5–10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If the return is caused by our product quality problems, wrong style/size delivery or missing goods, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide a full refund or free exchange service.
6. Exchange Service
Eligible products support size, color and style exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to real-time inventory availability. If the target product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund solution.
