This Shipping Policy applies to all orders purchased on the LANECHIC official store, standardizing order processing, shipping cycle, freight standards, logistics tracking and abnormal package handling rules.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order payment is successfully confirmed, we will complete order review, product quality inspection, sorting and secure packaging within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All products are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure intact packaging and qualified quality.
2. Shipping Coverage
We mainly provide shipping services for the United States, covering all U.S. states and most regional areas. We also support global international shipping. For all international orders, customers shall independently bear local tariffs, customs clearance fees and other additional logistics expenses incurred during transportation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping within the United States takes 5–10 business days. Remote areas will have a 2–3 business days delay due to logistics distribution restrictions. International shipping takes 10–20 business days, subject to local customs clearance efficiency. Delivery delays caused by force majeure factors are uncontrollable and not within our liability scope.
4. Shipping Fee Standards
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product quantity, weight, volume and delivery address at checkout. We will regularly launch free shipping and freight discount activities, and the specific preferential rules are subject to the real-time activity announcement of the store.
5. Logistics Tracking Service
After the goods are shipped, we will send the exclusive logistics tracking number to your reserved email in real time. You can check the order transportation status at any time. Please fill in accurate and complete shipping address and contact information to avoid delivery failure caused by address errors or missed calls.
6. Lost and Damaged Package Handling
If the package is lost, severely damaged or missing goods during transportation, please contact our customer service via email within 48 hours after receiving the package and provide valid picture proof. We will verify the situation within 24 hours and provide free re-delivery or full refund services for eligible orders.
